Molly started yoga after moving to NYC from her home state of Rhode Island. Initially, her practice was just a physical antidote to busy city and work life, but she slowly realized yoga keeps her centered, not only when the subway's delayed, but in her own body and mind. Molly has achieved her 200 RYT certification, as well as completed a 50 hour teaching mentorship under Samantha Moriarty, both through Yoga Vida NYC. She is also certified in Yin Yoga and Yoga Nidra.

Molly's classes fuse focused contemplation into an energetic, challenging flow. Molly believes strongly in yoga being accessible to everyone, giving modifications, hands on adjustments, and alignment based cues to help everyone breathe freely and move safely. Fueled by good music and a fun and playful practice, Molly helps her students discover the transformative power of strengthening their own mind, body, spirit connection.

Molly offers private, corporate, and group yoga classes throughout New York City. All her classes are specifically tailored to your needs and aim to strengthen and calm the body and mind.   Her sequences and adjustments encourage you to seek a balance between effort and grace, both on and off the yoga mat.
